1Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men,
2 for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence.
It is imperative that today we pray for our leaders. Whether they are leaders of our church, our work, the family, and the nation we need to pray for their strength. The Lord commands us to do this here. We are headed towards potential war in Iraq. President Bush needs our thoughts and prayers; strength, wisdom, and protection of the Holy Spirit.
Our church leaders, Pastors need vision, wisdom, and the Holy Spirit's power and protection. We have power over the devil, we just have to command the Lord's protection.
Prayer: Oh mighty God protect us. Provide the power of the Holy Spirit upon fathers, husbands, pastors, the leaders of this great country. Lord give strength and protection to President Bush as he protects and defends this nation from evil. Lord protect us from the devil; devil be gone. Lord also grant peace to those in turmoil, and bring swift justice to those who would harm us. Thank you God for your Word, and your Promises! Praise, Glory and Honor to you!
